1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using leakedrewards.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

• The Service functions solely as a guide, not as a professional advisor. You must independently verify all outputs before making any financial decisions.
• Calculations are based on publicly available information, assumptions (e.g., inflation rates, tax slabs, credit card reward structures), and user-provided inputs. These may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
• Credit card reward rates, caps, exclusions, and fee structures change frequently. Our database may not reflect the most current terms from card issuers. Always cross-check with your card issuer's official terms before acting on any output.

You acknowledge and agree that LeakedRewards, its creators, operators, employees, and affiliates shall bear no liability whatsoever for any financial loss, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from your reliance on the Service's outputs. Any decisions you make based on calcuations, routing suggestions, or projections from the Service are made entirely at your own risk.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided by the Service. Users are strongly advised to consult with a SEBI-registered investment advisor or a qualified Chartered Accountant before making any investment or tax-related decisions.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• One account per individual. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Certain tools and features (e.g., Retirement Reality, Wallet Optimizer) require a paid subscription ("Premium Features").
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice via email.
• All refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAKEDREWARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeakedRewards and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any outputs produced by the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
